The addition of Power Solutions combines the latest compressed natural gas (CNG) supply and on-site gas processing technology with NexTier's existing natural gas fueled completion service portfolio. This helps reduce fuel costs and improve the company's overall environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance at the wellsite. It does this by replacing most of the carbon heavy diesel with cleaner, more cost-effective natural gas fuels.

To ensure the reliability of these innovative services, NexTier has signed an agreement to purchase natural gas with EagleClaw Midstream, the largest private midstream operator in the Delaware Basin, which established infrastructure throughout the Greater Permian. This strategic partnership provides NexTier with a unique operational advantage to obtain high-quality natural gas supplies. The compressed natural gas delivered to the well site originated from a gas station recently constructed by NexTier near Pecos, Texas.
