The zeolite runner organic waste gas purification technology is a technology that uses zeolite molecular sieve adsorbents to adsorb and purify the VOCs in the exhaust gas. Zeolite molecular sieves are crystalline aluminosilicates, which are widely used in the field of waste gas treatment with their regular crystal structure, uniform pore distribution and adjustable surface properties.
The hydrophobic silicalite adsorbent presents strong hydrophobic/lipophilic characteristics, uniform pores, larger specific surface area (500~1000m2/g) and larger adsorption capacity. The size of the internal pores of molecular sieve is similar to that of common VOCs. The kinetic diameter is similar, the mass transfer resistance of VOCs molecules on the surface and pores of the molecular sieve is small, and the adsorption/desorption speed is fast

The zeolite runner concentrates the exhaust gas with high air volume and low concentration to the exhaust gas with high concentration and small air volume, thus reducing the input cost and operating cost of the equipment and improving the efficient treatment of voc exhaust gas. In the process of high air volume, low concentration of exhaust gas combustion and recovery, if there is no zeolite runner, the direct combustion of the case, the exhaust gas treatment equipment not only large volume, but also a large operating cost.

The zeolite runner adsorption and concentration unit adopts three continuous processes: adsorption, desorption and concentration and incineration, which are mainly used for the treatment of organic waste gas. Especially suitable for high wind volume and low concentration. The adsorption device is made of ceramic fiber as the base material into a large honeycomb disk wheel-like system, and the wheel surface is coated with hydrophobic zeolite as adsorbent. The absorption and concentration unit of zeolite runner is mainly composed of waste gas pretreatment system, molecular sieve runner concentration and adsorption system, desorption system, cooling and drying system and automatic control system. Generally, there is a post-processing system behind the spinner, and the blue-preserving process is zeolite spinner +RCO, zeolite spinner +RTO.

The zeolite rotor body is a rotating wheel filled with adsorbent, which is divided into three zones, namely adsorption zone, regeneration zone and cooling zone. The organic waste gas is introduced into the adsorption zone by the blower, and the organic pollutants are absorbed and the gas is purified and discharged. The adsorbent then rotates to the secondary zone, where the VOCS are desorbed and released with the regenerated air during contact with the hot air, while the adsorbent is regenerated. After regeneration, the adsorbent first passes through the cooling zone to cool down, then rotates to the adsorption zone to re-adsorption. With the rotation of the rotating wheel, adsorbent periodically adsorption, desorption cooling, to achieve the purification of organic waste gas.

Zeolite adsorption concentration rotor is divided into adsorption zone, desorption zone and cooling regeneration zone, rotor runs continuously in each zone.
The VOCs of low concentration enter the adsorption zone -after pretreatment by filtrating device, VOCs component is adsorbed in the Zeolite. The Zeolite which has already adsorbed VOCs component rotate to enter the desorption zone, and go through desorption concentration by high-temperature hot air, and then enters the cooling regeneration zone to go through cooling regenerated by cooling air, the cooling air can become regeneration gas to use after heated.

Concentration ratio (n=(S1×V1)/(S2×V2) =5~30) is determined according to component and concentration to reduce the running energy using at utmost.
