1.This kind of Gas Drink Processing Machine combines washing,filling and rotary capping functions in one unit.It is a fully automatic and high efficiency liquid packing equipment.
2. Gas Drink Processing Machine is suitable for packing beverage containing gas. Soft Beverage Filling Equipment's performance is as following all parts,for instance, filling valve, which directly contact medium are made of stainless steel or harmless material. So it conforms to the requirements of Food sanitation. Sealing parts are made of heat-proofing rubber, in order to meet the technique requirements of users to sterilization at high temperature.
3. Gas Drink Processing Machine uses programmable controller to realize fully automatic control from bottles entering to finishing packing, Gas Drink Processing Machine uses transducer as speed regulator, so the user can regulate the machine easily to suit different power requirements. Adopting equal pressure filling principle and current spring valves in order to assure beverage quality. The Soft Beverage Filling Equipment uses advanced magnetic coupler to regulate cap-screwing torque, in order to assure capping quality.

More Details
Ø Empty bottles are fed manually onto the in feed Air conveyor.
Ø From there bottles are carried to the Rinsing section.
Ø Bottles gripped by neck & get tilted on rinsing nozzles.
Ø Rinsed bottles are coming straight & get transferred to the filling section& are holded by neck.
Ø Filled bottles are transferred to the capping section.
Ø Capsare put in the rotaryhopper & tightened under the revolving capping heads, while coming out by out feed conveyor.
