SANHER SHKL-Y series flooded type screw chiller is an energy-saving and high-efficiency central air-conditioning chiller which designed and manufactured by SANHE. All SANHE chillers are factory tested under load conditions to ensure easy installation for users. The unit adopts a high-efficiency oil separator with the impacts and intercepts oil separation technology. The evaporator adopts the ejector oil return technology. That makes the EER above 5.2, and the EER of the variable frequency flooded chiller can reach 7.0.
This series is suitable for various industrial and civil buildings such as hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, hospitals, factories, etc.
Features:
1.High efficiency and energy saving:
- The unit adopts high efficiency twin-screw compressor ,runs efficiently under full load and partial load.
- Patented screw rotor design to increase compressor speed.
- The heat exchanger adopts a new high-efficiency heat transfer tube and counter flow design to enhance the heat transfer efficiency on the water side and the refrigerant side ,improve efficiency.
The unit can intelligent control according to load demand: 100%, 75%, 50%, 25% (or start), 0, saving energy.
The total number of the screw compressor parts is only 1/10 of the conventional compressor. Simple structure, few wearing parts , there are no inlet and exhaust valves, the humidity is not sensitive, the failure rate is extremely low, the screw compressor can run for 40,000 hours without trouble. .
3. Reliable operation
- The unit has 7 kinds of safety protection measures to ensure the normal operation.
- The unit is designed for dual-circuit and dual-compressor. When one compressor fails, the other compressor can still operate normally without affecting the customer's use.
- All units are tested by the safety inspection system before leaving the factory to ensure the performance.
- The unit is filled with refrigerant and lubricating oil before leaving the factory. The customer only needs to connect the inlet and outlet pipes and the power supply to run.
- The unit adopts the microcomputer control system, the interface can displays the fault content directly, which is convenient to know the fault in time and elimination.
We can manufacture non-standard units according to different power supply systems in different countries, also we can customize screw-type integrated units, anti-corrosion units, explosion-proof units and other special units according to user requirements.
