Description:

1. Double skin galvanized steel sheet, aluminium alloy frame, 30mm thick PU insulation.  
2. This heat recovery unit  is mainly used for heat recovery and ventilation, combined with supply fan and motor, exhaust fan and motor, heat recovery wheel and filters.
3. Energy saving and improve indoor air quality: this fresh air unit can not only introduce fresh air to                improve indoor air quality, at the same time, it exchanges heat with exhaust air, which can precool for preheat fresh air, save much energy.
4. Cooling coil or heating coil is optional at supply air section to be heat recovery AHU. 
5. Silica-gel heat recovery wheel, full heat recovery, high efficiency up to 80%. 
6. Washable nylon prefilter or plate filter G4 is installed at air intake. Bag filter is optional.
7. Air volume: 1000 m3/h ~20000 m3/h. 
8. Standard power supply: 380~415V/3PH/50Hz.

High heat exchange efficiency

Advanced counter flow structure design is able to extend the module's heat exchange time, and the grid-style air vent greatly enhances the heat exchange area, therefore VM's heat exchange efficiency is 5%-10% higher than the cross flow unit.

Total heat recovery without pollution

The nanometer hole heat exchange film made of high polymer material enjoys excellent heat conductivity and moisture permeability, good air-tightness, total heat recovery without air pollution.

Sterilization

Exclusive heat exchange material formula has the function of sterilization.

The air quantity ranges from 500CMH to 140000CMH, sufficient meet user's requirements.

Long service life

ABS frame structure is firm and durable, has service life double that of the cross flow units.

Stable performance, easy maintenance, needs no cleaning

The streamlined design of VM module air vent is effective to prevent dust. When a primary filter is used, it shall be cleaned regularly in order to maintain the performance indexes of heat exchange efficiency, while the cross-flow units have to be cleaned frequently.

New high static-pressure double air-intake centrifugal fan

The new blades are improved wider and of larger curvature and diameter. When the most appropriate air flow passes, the static pressure is enhanced, while the noise is reduced. It's made of special material, resistant to high or low temperature and tensile. It's designed to be a perfect combination of high static-pressure, low noise and high reliability.
